KNS 005 - Yoga Drawing from various Yoga practices, this beginning to intermediate Yoga course focuses on harmonizing mind, body, and spirit while strengthening, and lengthening muscles. Various breathing techniques and physical postures will be practiced, as well as relaxation and meditation exercises. Previous exposure to Yoga is not necessary. This course is an important option for students who need a strong, centered body for their work. It is also an important course for quality of life issues, as students who participate in this class will most likely feel a stronger connection to themselves and their surroundings. May be repeated up to 4 times for credit
