MATH 085 - Precalculus Mathematics

Polynomial functions and their graphs; rational functions and their graphs; exponential and logarithmic functions and their graphs; trigonometric functions and their graphs; solving equations and inequalities; applications of functions; limits of functions; introduction to continuity. Recommended for students who plan to take the Calculus sequence.

Pre-req: Minimum grade of C- in MATH 076  or a minimum score of 3 on the MATH placement test
