GEN 250 - Philosophy of Love

Love of family, of friends, of community or society, intimate (“romantic”) love, and love of beauty, are eternal features of human existence. Our course studies a range of historical philosophies of love from several parts of the world. These inform our ways of conceiving of the future through contemporary social forces.
