PSYC 242 - Child Psychology Introduces the major theories and issues relevant to physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development from conception through preadolescence. Includes consideration of ethical issues relevant to the study of children, live observations of typically developing infants, preschool-, and school-age children in natural settings, and a presentation on autism. Not open to students who have taken CHDV 105 /GEN 105 .
Pre-req: PSYC 100 3 credits
