Music minors are expected to participate in departmental activities and to attend music department performances. A minor must be declared upon enrolling in MUS 203 Music History I.
The department may waive the MUS 070 requirement if a student can demonstrate adequate music theory skills upon entrance to the program. However, 3 credits of alternative work within the music curriculum must be completed to fulfill the Music Minor requirements.
