A minimum of 16 credits

• INTD 285 - Leadership as a Liberal Art 3 credits

• INTD 330 - Management and Organizational Behavior 3 credits * or
• BSAD 330 - Management and Organizational Behavior 3 credits *

• INTD 340 - Humanistic Values and Management 3 credits * or
• BSAD 340 - Humanistic Values and Management 3 credits *

• INTD 355 - The Dynamics of Leading Change 3 credits * or
• BSAD 355 - The Dynamics of Leading Change 3 credits *

• INTD 480 - Leadership Strategy and Policy 3 credits

  * In order to satisfy the breadth requirements of the College’s curriculum, students majoring in Business Administration and not minoring in Organizational Leadership, must take these courses as BSAD courses. Students completing the minor must take these as INTD courses.
