Complete one of the following:

CHDV 105 - Introduction to Child Development 3 credits
PSYC 242 - Child Psychology 3 credits
Approved equivalent

United States Constitution

Complete one of the following:

PLSC 110 - American Government & Politics 3 credits
Approved equivalent

CBEST: California Basic Educational Skills Test

Pass Reading test with minimum score of 37
Pass Mathematics test with minimum score of 37
Pass Writing test with minimum score of 37
Pass overall test with total minimum score of 123

Graduate Teaching Credential Core Courses

EDUC 500 - Social/Anthropological Perspective on Education 3 credits
EDUC 501 - Teaching Diverse Learners 3 credits
EDUC 504 - Second Language Acquisition Methodology 3 credits
EDUC 506 - Learning and Learners 3 credits
EDUC 509 - Single Subject Curriculum & Pedagogy II 409 credits
EDUC 520 - Student Teaching 6 or 12 credits

Must be taken concurrently with Student Teaching/Internship.
