EDUC 533 - Creating Positive Classroom Management and Behavior Systems This course provides candidates with the knowledge, skills, abilities necessary to apply the principles of applied behavior analysis for the purpose of conducting a functional behavioral assessment and implementing a behavior intervention plan as part of a school wide positive behavior support framework. Emphasis is placed on behavior based data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring of classroom management systems and the laws and regulations associated with the promotion of positive and self-regulatory student behavior. Individuals taking this course must earn at least a B- in order for the course to count towards preliminary credential. *10 hours of fieldwork required Requires Certificate of Clearance (CoC)
