MUS 111 - Introduction to Music Notation Software

This course is designed to introduce the student to computer music notation software on the Macintosh platform. Techniques and exercises are used to discover the capabilities of the program, culminating in a semester project specifically coordinated to individual student interest. A thorough understanding of this music notation software is required in several upper-division music major courses.
